Default PVP E/R Build

This build is good for taking out individual targets out in PVP and can handle getting itself out of dangers way.

Elementalist/Ranger

Air Magic 12 (+4)
Wilderness Survival 10
Marksmanship 8

Skills:

Lightning Orb - 106 damage + 25% armor penetration.

Lightning Surge - After 3 seconds target is knocked down + 106 damage.

Gale - Target knocked down for 3 seconds.

Pin Down - Target crippled for 9 seconds.

Barbed Trap - All nearby foes take 50 piercing damage, become crippled, and begin bleeding For 18 seconds.

Air Attunement - For 61 seconds gain 30% energy cost of air spells.

Troll Unguent - For 10 seconds gain +8 health regeneration.

Storm Chaser - For 16 seconds move 25% faster and gain 4 energy when
struck by elemental damage.

Equipment: Your choice of armor with Vigor Runes. Idealy use Superiour but if that is not feesable Minor or Major would work fine. Use a bow for a weapon, maybe as a secondary weapon setup hotkeyed to F2 have a good Wand+Secondary setup to give lots of +energy because some spells cause exhaustion and you are using bow as primary.

Tactics: Start by casting Lightning Surge on your target, then begin to spam Lightning Orb. If an opponent begins to chase you down hit them with Pin Down then cast Storm Chaser so you can get away. A good idea to lay some traps down so if your opponent begins to chase you down you can further cripple the foe. If you just can't get away, remember you have Gale to knockdown. If you are low on health remember to use Troll Unguent, preferably after using Storm Chaser to make sure you have to time to get away from damage and replenish your HP.

This is the end of the guide, I hope you all enjoyed it and will reply with any input. I would like some constructive critisizism as well because this is my first character build.

Thank you everyone who reads this.

Don't you have lots of energy problems? Since you're already taking Gale, get rid of Pin Down and all of your Marksmanship points, use a staff, and put those points in Energy Storage. To replace Pin Down, another offensive air spell such as Lightning Strike would help.
